A: Your ticket only becomes active the very first time you validate it on board the bus.

A: You can take the cruise on any day and at any time during operating hours. No prior booking or reservation is required.
Q: How many lines are included in the sightseeing bus ticket?
A: All lines are fully included in your ticket.
Q: Where can I board the sightseeing bus?
A: You can hop on or hop off at any designated tourist bus stop along the route.
Q: Can I change the dates of my Guided Tour?
A: Yes, date changes are permitted, subject to availability.
Q: Can I cancel my guided tour reservation?
A: Yes, you can cancel your tour for a full refund as long as it is done more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Q: If I make a booking and there is no availability for any reason, will I get my money back?
A: Yes, absolutely. If we cannot accommodate your booking due to availability, you will receive a full refund.
